Telangana CCE SSC 2017 Marks Assessment Guidelines:

 Ref Proceedings of DSE 405/DC&T/SCERT/2015 dated. .08.2016
 All the RJDSEs and DEOs in the State are hereby informed that vide reference cited orders have been issued for monitoring the implementation of CCE with a focus on conduct of Formative Examination and award of marks in all the Schools.
  In this regard,  all the DEOs are directed to constitute Expert Teams with Head Masters and subject experts a Team for one or two mandals.  Each Team shall constitute onc Headmaster and six subject experts and given with 20 High schools i e.,  both Government and Private Management Schools,  for Monitoring the implementation of CCE and allotment of internal marks to the Formative Assessment items in all types of schools i.e.  both Govt.  and Private management schools.
The DEO shall nominate one expert Head Master from the nearby schools shall be designate as Nodal Officers to assist DEO to Plan and Monitor the entire work of monitoring of CCE and related academic work in the District.  The Nodal Officer shall list out all types of High Schools and allocate to each Team along with dates of visits.
  The experts from SCERT's and State Level Resource Group shall conduct orientation to the district level Monitoring Team members through Video Conference for effective conduct of school visits and monitor the implementation of CCE which includes allotment of internal marks Vis-a-vis formative records.
The Teams shall visit all the schools during January 2017 and observe the records of CCE e,  both Summative-l and (03)  Formative Assessments.  In case of Summative assessment.  the Team shall observe the proper valuation of answer scripts,  sending answer script to th parents and obtaining their signature on the answer seripts,  entering the marks in the CCE register and cumulative records etc.  In case of Formative Assessment s the Teams shall observe the children records and award of marks and posting in the CCE register and also in cumulative records.  The award of marks based grades shall be revised and school Head Master shall enter in the registers and records accordingly.  The MEO must accompany the Teams during their visit to the schools in his/her Mandal.
 The Monitoring Team again Visit the schools during February to observe the IV Formative Assessment and final allotment of marks for Class X students in all types of schools.  The award of marks grades shall be observed vis-a-vis with records and corrected properly and certified.  In case of improper children records and award of marks the Team shall correct the records and take photograph of records and sent to District Educational Officer for further necessary action.  Further the photos of certain good practices may be taken up and send to District Educational Officer for appreciation.  Based on the certification from Monitoring Team Members,  the final marks shall be furnished to Director of Government Examination.  The District Educational Officer must check the process every day and ensure the proper monitoring of CCE by the Teams.  The actual bus charges may be reimbursed to the Monitoring Teams.  The District Educational Officer is requested to send expenditure details to release the funds from State so that amount shall be credited to the bank accounts of Head Masters online by the District Educational Officers,




  A video conference is proposed to be conducted on 30.12.2016 from 11.00 AM to l.00 PM with the District Educational Officers and Monitoring Team members and necessary guidelines will be issued along with Frequently Asked Questions(FAQ)  and clarifications thereon.  The Monitoring Team will be held responsible for any deviations and manipulation in award of marks of the students for Formative Assessment for Class X by the concerned schools,
 The Secretaries of DCEB,  available in erstwhile districts and Nodal Officers shall plan and implement the programme as indicated above and ensure that the award of marks and grades are as per the student records and the records shall be preserved as per G.O.Rt.No.17.  dated 14.05.2014,
 The State Level Teams shall be drafted to all the Districts during February-2017 to cross check the work done by Monitoring Teams in the schools and any deviations is noticed necessary action will be initiated against the Team Members for certifying the marks/grades without verifying the students records pertaining to both Fommative and Summative Assessments.  Further,  DEO are responsible for proper Monitor ofCCE work in the District.
 The RJDSEs must visit at least(5)  High Schools per District and observe the effective conduct of monitoring of CCE and award of marks grades and submit a report to the Director of School Education,
 All the RJDSEs and DEOs are directed to take necessary action as per the guidelines indicated above and any deviation will be viewed seriously.

.This office letter on Rc.No.151/B -2/2015,  dt:  17-11-2015.    Rc-No 398/Ser. ll- I/2016,  Proceeding  of the Director of School Education,  Telangana Hyderabad,  dated.12-11-2016 
With reference to the subject cited,  I wish to inform you that the examination centers are being constituted by you for conducting the ssc exams in the district.  But every year adverse press reports are appearing on the non availability of furniture and other infrastructural facilities.  Even there are instances of parents approaching court of law in this regard
l therefore request you to follow the guidelines given below while constituting the ssc Examination centers for March 2017,  and not to constitute the previous ssc Examination centers as a matter of routine,  without verifying whether the e having the required infrastructure facilities or not.
 The existing centers need not necessarily be tuted as examination centers as a matter of routine.  Old centers which are not g adequate infrastructure facilities may be replaced with new ones which are h ter facilitiesTherefore,  District Educational rs/Deputy Educational officers and Mandal Educational Officers may be vis all the Examination centers of his jurisdiction and inspect the infrastructure ava constitute the school as an examination center(.e Number of Rooms,  suffice furniture,  Electricity,  Water facility,  Toilets,  etc.  which are having more infrastructural f ties irrespective of the management of the school  a)  Constitution of Examination centers as far as possible in Government Management Schools only,  i.e.,  Government High Schools,  z P.  High Schools,  Residential Schools(TsREIS,  TSBWREIS,  TSSWREIS, TSTWEIS Model Schools,  KGBv Schools.  If no Government Management Schools are available in this Examinations zones,  the Government Junior Colleg s and Private Aided Schools also be constituted b)  The schools which are having ccTV cameras facilities may be preferred,  while constituting the Exam Centers they are having requisite all other facilityThe Government Junior Colleges may also be constituting as Centers if they are having a facilities,  with obtaining prior written undertaking of the Principals and concerned authorities   Ts el Schools,  KGBVschools etc,  school have came into existence,  this Schools also be constituted as center if necessary,  if they are having requisite all other faculties   If private schools need to be constituted,  the same may be intimated correspondent concerned to the schools the chief superintendent to hand over the schools building and other infrastructure to concerned two days before the commencement of ssc Public Examinations,  duly obtaining the written undertaking from the School Management well in advance.  Inspite of strict instructions,  old and dilapidated bulldings were constituted as centres fot Examination Centres,  the concern Dy.E.Os,  M.E.Os and D.E.Os are held personally responsible.  Hence they are instructed not to constitute dilapidated building as Exam centres.
  NOTE:  Therefore DEO's are requested to bestow their personal attention in this regard.  lf any problem arises with regard to inadequacy of the infrastructure,  they will be held personally responsible.

APPSC Factories Inspector Recruitment 2017


APPSC Inspector of Factories in A.P. Factories Service (General Recruitment): APPSC has published the inspector of Factories 2016 recruitment notification and applications are invited online from qualified candidates to the post of Inspector of Factories 2016 in A.P. Factories Service (General Recruitment) in the State of Andhra Pradesh. The proforma Application will be available on Commission’s Website (www.psc.ap.gov.in) from 23/12/2016 to 22/01/2017 (Note.22/01/2017 is the last date for payment of fee up- to 11:59 mid night). Qualifications:
Must possess a Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical or Industrial Engineering of a University in India established or incorporated by or under Central Act, Provincial Act or a State Act or an institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or an equivalent qualification.
Must have minimum 2 years industrial work experience in the medium and large scale
manufacturing process industries preferably in the field of Industrial Safety, Occupational Safety, Health & Environment Management.
The experience certificate shall be issued by the Chief Executive of the concerned Industry in which the applicant is employed.

Age limit:  Candidates age limit should have minimum 18 years and maximum 42 years.

Selection procedure: Appointment to the posts will be made by examination (objective type) by Online/ OMR based. In case screening test is conducted as referred above, based on the Merit in screening test, candidates will be picked up in the ratio of 50 per one notified post for the main examination in order of General Merit. In case where no screening test is held, all the eligible applicants would be allowed to appear for the main examination. The final selection of candidates for appointment to the posts shall be based on the merit in the computer based main Examination, to be held as per the scheme of examination enunciated at para 7 in notification.

Application fee and Exam fee: Applicant must pay Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty Only) towards application processing fee and Rs 80/- (Rupees Eighty only) towards Examination Fee.

Mode of Payment of Fee: The Fee mentioned in the above paragraph is to be paid through Payment Gateway or Net Banking/ Credit card /Debit Card. The list of Banks providing service for the purpose of online remittance of Fee will be appended separately.

How to apply:
Before applying for the post,  an applicant shall register his/her bio-data particulars through One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) on the Commission Website viz., www.psc.ap.gov.in. Once applicant registers his/her particulars, a User ID is generated and sent to his/her registered mobile number and email ID. Applicants need to apply for the post using the OTPR User ID through Commission’s website.

How to upload the application form:
i) The Applicants have to read the User manual for On-Line submission of application and then proceed further. User manual is available at www.psc.ap.gov.in
I STEP: The applicant has to fill the OTPR application to obtain ID Number. While filling the same, the candidates have to ensure that there are no mistakes in it. The Commission bears no responsibility for the mistakes, if any, made by the candidates.
II STEP: The applicant has to fill and submit Application and Click on the Link with
Notification Number and Name, OTPR ID Number and Date of Birth to proceed further.
Applicant has to verify the details as obtained from OTPR database displayed on the screen. If any details are to be changed, applicant should go back to the website and use the Modify OTPR link. In addition to the details obtained from OTPR database,
Notification specific details such as Examination City opted, eligibility and accepting declarations etc. are to be filled by the applicant. (Preview and Edit facility is available to make changes) and SUBMIT the application form. An Application Fee ID is generated and sent through the SMS/email after successful submission of application form, which is to be used for payment of Fee.
III STEP:- Once the Application Fee ID is generated, select the payment of Fee option for paying through either Net banking / Credit Card / Debit Card.
IV STEP:-After payment of fee, the PDF Application will be generated which contains the particulars furnished by the applicant. The Application Fee ID No in the PDF Application form has to be quoted for future reference/correspondence.
• Applicant shall note that, the details available with OTPR database at the time of submitting the application will be considered for the purpose of this notification. If, any changes are made by the applicant to OTPR database at a later date will not be considered for the purpose of this Notification.
• Hand written/ Typed/ Photostat copies/ outside printed Application Form will not be accepted and liable for rejection.

The Commission conducts Screening test in Off - Line mode in case applicants exceed 25,000 in number and main examination in On-Line mode for candidates selected in screening test. If the screening test is to be held, the date of screening test will be communicated through Commission’s Website. The Main Examination is likely to be held On-Line through computer based test on 03/03/2017 FN & AN. There would be objective type questions which are to be answered on computer system.
HALL TICKETS: Hall tickets can be downloaded 7 days before commencement of Examination.

RESULT NOTIFICATION FOR VERIFICATION OF CERTIFICATES


 It is hereby notified that on the basis of the Written Examination held on 31/07/2016 to the posts of Prohibition & Excise Constable in Prohibition & Excise Department the candidates with the following Register Numbers have been provisionally admitted for the verification of Certificates.
Certificates for verification:
The candidate who are admitted for the verification of Certificates are required to produce the Original Certificates along with one set of Photostat copies duly attested by Gazetted Officer, relating to Age, Qualifications Community (Integrated) , Latest Creamy Layer exemption certificate in case of B.Cs as per Memo No.3009/BCW/OP/2009, Government of Telangana, Backward Classes Welfare (OP) Department, Dt:18/12/2015 (prescribed format hosted on Commission’s website), Certificates relating to claim of age relaxation, Study (from 4th class to 10th class), basic information data (Check List(1set), attestation forms (2 sets) and if any, at the time of verification of documents, failing which, they will not be admitted in subsequent process of selection. No request will be entertained for subsequent submission of any of the above certificates. In terms of the notification, the candidates should possess the requisite qualifications as on date of notification i.e., 30/04/2016.
 Certificates for verification Dates:
The verification of certificates will be held in the office of TSPSC at Prathibha Bhavan, Nampally, Hyderabad from 29/12/2016 to 05/01/2017. The candidates are requested to obtain and keep ready all the certificates as mentioned in the Notification.


If, on further Verification it is found that any candidate is not eligible with reference to the particulars furnished by him/her in the Application Form / Check List / Certificates, the results of such candidate / candidates shall be cancelled at any stage of selection process.
