1. In the reference 1st read above, Government accorded permission for up-gradation of sixteen Backward Classes Welfare Residential Schools into Junior Colleges from the current academic year i.e., 2016-17.
2. In the reference 2nd read above, B.C. Welfare Department have requested to sanction certain additional posts in (16) sixteen upgraded Junior Colleges from the academic year i.e. 2016-17.

3. Government, after careful examination of the proposal of the Backward Classes Welfare Department hereby accord sanction for 240 (two hundred and forty only) teaching and non teaching posts on regular basis in the (16) sixteen upgraded Junior Colleges.

ORDER:

1. In the G.O. 6th read above Govt. have issued orders enhancing Pre-Matric scholarship rate of ST students studying in Best Available Schools to Rs.18,000/- for the 3rd to 7th classes and Rs.26,000/- for the 8th to 10th classes and also to increase the intake of ST children from 4149 to 8298 seats from 2015-16 onwards duly including the Schools of Excellence in to the Best Available Schools scheme.

2. In the letter 7th read above, the DTW, Vijayawada has informed that due to various factors such as price escalation of commodities, the nutritional needs, increase in rents and other items etc., the Managements of BAS Schools have been repeatedly requesting them to enhance the Scholarship amount to Rs. 30,000/- from the academic year 2016-17 to all classes i.e., Class 3rd to 10th on par with SC Students to provide same facilities to ST students also and to avoid discrimination among the SC/ST students in similar situations.

3. The DTW, Vijayawada has furnished the details of estimated expenditure and additional requirement for the proposal as follows:- 



Budget allocated under “2225-02-277-11-10-340” Pre-Matric Scholarships BAS Scheme for the year 2016-17.1617.04

Additional Requirement due to enhancement of Scholarship rate @ Rs. 30,000/- per student per annum752.36

4. The DTW, Vijayawada has therefore requested the Government for enhancement of Scholarship amount to Rs. 30,000/- from the academic year 2016-17 to all classes i.e., Class 3rd to 10th on par with SC Students to provide same facilities to ST students also and to avoid discrimination among the SC/ST students in similar situations as the Social Welfare Department has already issued orders in this regard vide G.O. Ms. No. 20 SW dated 26-03-2015. The DTW, Vijayawada has further informed that the additional expenditure will be met by way re-appropriation from the overall savings under TSP during 2016-17.
5. Govt. after careful examination of the proposal hereby enhance the Pre Matric Scholarship Rate of ST students studying in the Best Available Schools to Rs. 30,000/- from the academic year 2016-17 to all classes i.e., Class 3rd to 10th on par with SC Students to provide same facilities to ST students also.
6. The DTW, AP., Vijayawada shall take necessary action accordingly.
7. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O.No.FIN-40/56/2016-SO (FMU (WF II)-FIN), Dt.12-07-2016.

The final results shall be declared and Cumulative Records must be issued to the children on 15th November 2016 without fail.A meeting may be convened with parents & SMC members on 15th November 2016 in the school premises and Progress Cards (Cumulative Records) shall be issued to the children. The children obtain signature on Cumulative Records and return back Cumulative Records to the concerned teachers/ HMs on 7th November, 2016. The teachers must collect the Cumulative Records/ Progress Cards from the students.

Certificates to be produced by PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Candidates:
PH- Certificate issued by District Medical Board- Candidates with 40% and above disability are only eligible.
CAP- Certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer, Identity card and Discharge book ( in case of Ex-Service men) and Service Certificate (in case of in service men) issued by Competent Authority for verification. Candidates whose parents are domiciled in the State of Telangana based on the permanent address/home town declared by them while joining the service and as recorded in their Service Register are alone eligible to be considered under “CAP” Category.
NCC & Sports- To produce Original Certificates issued by competent authorities. 
Minorities: SSC TC containing Minority Status or Certificate from the Head Master. 
Anglo-Indian: A Certificate issued by Tahsildar of their place of Residence.

Important Note:
1. The Biometric details of the candidates captured at the time of appearing for TSICET- 2016 Examination shall be verified at the Help Line Centers at the time of Certificate Verification. Therefore it is mandatory for the candidate to attend for Certificate Verification.
2. The candidates who have not given the Biometric details at the time of TSCET-2016  Examination (list placed in the website:  https://tsicet.nic.in) shall have to Register the biometric details duly furnishing an undertaking mentioning the reasons for not giving the Biometric details at the time of TSICET-2016 Examination at any of the Help Line Center as per the schedule.

Fee to be Paid: (At the Time of Certificate Verification):
1. Processing Fee: Rs.1000/- (OC/BC), Rs.500/-(SC/ST).
2. Tuition Fee particulars and seats available under Convenor Quota College wise are made available on the website  https://tsicet.nic.in .
3. The fee reimbursement for eligible candidates is subject to the guidelines issued by the Government from time to time.

1) Date of Release of allotments (on website: https://tsicet.nic.in ) on 12.09.2016  after 8:00 P.M.
2) For downloading the candidate Provisional allotment order, 
Enter the Login ID, Hall Ticket Number, Password, and Date of Birth in the candidate login in the website:  https://tsicet.nic.in and report as per the instructions given in the Provisional allotment order. 
3) Download the provisional allotment order and read the instructions printed and report accordingly. 4) And also download challan form for payment of fee.
5) Pay the fees if any, in any Branch of State Bank of Hyderabad.
6) Failure to report as per instructions given in the provisional allotment order  by  the  date  stipulated will  automatically result  in  cancellation of  seat  and candidate will have no claim on the seat allotted.

How to Apply:

Once applicant registers his/her particulars, a User ID is generated and sent to his/her registered mobile number and email ID. Applicants need to apply for the Tests using the OTPR User ID through Commission’s website. The application will be available on Commission’s website (www.psc.ap.gov.in) from 11.05.2016. The last date for submission of online application is 24.05.2016, upto 5PM and the payment of fees shall be accepted till 11:55 PM of 24.05.2016. Hand written / Typed /Photostat copies/Printed Application Form will not be entertained either directly or by post Office or in person. The terms and conditions are detailed hereunder following Departmental Tests Rules, 1965 and subsequent amendments to these Rules from time to time.

  1. In the reference 1st read above, Government accorded permission for up-gradation of sixteen Backward Classes Welfare Residential Schools into Junior Colleges from the current academic year i.e., 2016-17. 

  2. In the reference 2nd read above, B.C. Welfare Department have requested to sanction certain additional posts in (16) sixteen upgraded Junior Colleges from the academic year i.e. 2016-17.

  3. Government, after careful examination of the proposal of the Backward Classes Welfare Department hereby accord sanction for 240 (two hundred and forty only) teaching and non teaching posts on regular basis in the (16) sixteen upgraded Junior Colleges as shown below:

AP School Education - Summative Assessment – I -  SA1 Examinations - September-2016 – External Evaluation of 5% of Answer Scripts – Instructions for Special Teams, Mandal Level Committee and Headmasters – Issued - Regarding. Rc.No. 01/Spl/SA-I Exams/2016-17 Dt. 24 .09.2016.

 Instructions for Mandal Level Committee to Evaluate of 5% of Answer Scripts:


Identify the Subject Wise Qualified Teachers irrespective of management who were handling the Subject for more than 3 years Subject Wise Special teams to be arranged with identified teachers with approval of the concerned Deputy Educational Officer Assess the number papers to be evaluated from each school based on the Class Wise and Subject wise enrollment of concerned school.Identify the Evaluation Centre (Preferably MRC of concerned Mandal) and inform to concerned Deputy Educational Officer Mandal Level Committee Should select 5% of Answer Scripts randomly from each class, each subject and from each school (irrespective of Management) of your mandal.Utilize the proformas which were communicated earlier for External Evaluation for recording the marks awarded by the Special Team Arrangements to be made for smooth and proper evaluation at Mandal Level.
Evaluation work should complete by 03.10.2016

Instructions for Headmasters to Evaluate the Answer Scripts of Summative Examinations:

Take necessary steps to start the Valuation work on the next day after the completion of the Examination of concerned subject.Instruct the Subject Teachers to complete the valuation work and handover the answer scripts with recording the marks after completion of valuation.Hand over to the Mandal level Committee to select 5% Answer Scripts randomly from each subject and class after receiving the answer scripts from the subject teachers.
Mandal Level Evaluation Process by the Special team will start from Monday (26.09.2016) onwards.

Instructions for Identified Teachers for Special Teams to Evaluate the Answer Scripts of Summative Examinations:

First Complete the Valuation of answer scripts of your subject Report to the Mandal Level Committee after completion of your valuation work at School Level of your subject.Evaluate the valuated Answer Scripts of other schools of your mandal and record the marks awarded by you and also record the marks already awarded by the concerned subject teachers of that school.Award the marks after read carefully each and every answer.All the observers identified by the District Educational Officer are requested to Visit the allotted mandals daily and report the status of evaluation of work done at Mandal Level everyday to the Concerned Deputy Educational Officer without fail.
Further the Deputy Educational Officers are requested to verify the special teams identified by the Mandal Level committee whether qualified for evaluation of answer scripts or not and approve the qualified teachers for evaluation of answer scripts as a special team.
Further all the Deputy Educational Officers, Mandal Educational Officers, Observers and Mandal level Committee members are requested to monitor for smooth and proper Evaluation work.

TOSS SSC, Inter admissions 2016, TS Open School Admissions, Distance SSC, Inter Admissions, application form, last date for apply, The Telangana State government has established its own Open School Society for admission into SSC and intermediate various courses to be offered in Open School Distance Education System. It is a great opportunity for drop out students to continue their education. The Telangana Open School Society has been dedicated for T State only and TOSS will be for TS Open School admissions.

TOSS will provide opportunities for continuing education to those who have missed opportunities to complete school and development education and to other children/persons desirous of pursuing school level education through open and distance learning (ODL) mode by offering courses and programmes of general education, life enrichment and vocational education up to pre-degree level.

TOSS mission is providing pre-elementary Education through Open and Distance Learning (ODL) mode to School drop-outs and those missing Upper Primary stage of education and to attain Universalization of Elementary Education (UEE) in the State and provide continuing education for adult neo-literates, working men and women to reinforce their functional literacy and not to allow them to relapse into illiteracy.
The TOSS Director will issue the TOSS SSC and Inter Admissions 2016-2017 Notification in this month for admission into SSC and Intermediate courses for this academic year 2016-2017 through distance mode in its Open school study centers. The candidates can apply for 10th class and intermediate courses as per its schedule, which will be announced soon. More details will be updated on the official website or available at study centers.

The enrolled students have to appear for the examination conducted by TOSS. There will be separate study material and examination pattern for open school system candidates. The degrees will be considered on par with regular candidates.
TOSS Admission fee:
Admission fee payable for SSC and Inter as for the following. Do not pay any additional amount of money for admission other than specified.
i) Admission Fee for SSC:
For General Category Candidates: Rs.1300/-
For SC/ST/BC/Minority/ Women etc., : Rs.900/-
ii) Admission Fee for Intermediate:
For General Category Candidates: Rs.1400/-
For SC/ST/BC/Minority/ Women etc., : Rs.1100/-


Educational qualification:
A. For 10th Class: No formal educational qualification but candidates should completed 14 years is eligible.
B. For Intermediate: The candidates who have passed SSC/Secondary course and Intermediate /XII failed candidates of other Boards can join in Intermediate courses in their study centers. Science candidates should take admission in Junior Colleges only.
TOSS SSC and Inter Features:
